At this exact moment in time, I am a very happy young lady because two VERY happy things just happened to me. 1. I got rid of my Saturday morning shift stalking a refrigerator at 6 AM. yayyyyy. 2. I found out that on the very hard econ test that I initially thought I had gotten a 60% on, (which is 25% of my grade and was really awful) I really got an 82% on!! And, according to a graph of a distribution of the grades, only 6 people in the class (out of almost 300) got a grade above an 80%. So...yay me :) Just thought I'd share this lovely moment in time with you all.
In addition, today I was looking at my planner and discovered a couple very interesting quotes in it...
"It isn't what you have or who you are or where you are or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about." - Dale Carnegie
"Experience is the worst teacher; it gives the test before presenting the lesson." - Vernon Law
Congrats on the test score. Experience may be the worst teacher, but those are the lessons we remember the best and try not to repeat.
