Since coming back to Tucson yesterday, I have decided it would have been a much better idea to have us return and resume classes next Tuesday. After arriving, I was immediately informed that classes would actually start on Thursday, not today, because the President is coming to U of A. Actually, I'm pretty sure he's here right now. As are a TON of people and students that have been lined up since early this morning to see him speak tonight. I decided that I would much rather not be one of those people, because I can just watch Obama on TV rather than dedicate my entire day to him. So now, between today and next Tuesday, I only have class on Thursday because I have no Friday classes this semester and Monday is MLK day. So I really have no reason to be back in Tucson except to work, which is what I unexpectedly did for 4 hours last night and will continue to do all weekend. On the bright side, I am back to making some much needed money =) I also remade my bed with my new sheets and blanket which I LOVE and pretty much executed the speediest unpacking of my life. How lovely to be back to Tucson life.
As a side note...I did finally figure out how to put links to my essays from last semester on my blog, so should you have an interest in reading them they are now available =)
Also...my dorm hall has been re-themed to be "The Hundred Acre Wood" from Winnie the Pooh which includes new name tags on all of our doors that are Pooh characters. I just happen to be Eeyore, who has always been my favorite character, so am legitimately thrilled about it. (Thrilled could be a bit of an exaggeration actually.)
You're a goober. You can't look at your essays unless you have an account with that site. But it was a great effort :)
