Adventures at the Grocery Store

I have come to learn that Tucson is a very strange place. Especially in grocery stores. Especially at night.  I have more than one occasion realized that I made a bad decision in choosing to enter one alone at night!

That being said, a few days ago, I ran a quick errand to Safeway during my work day for some coffee creamer for the office.  While standing in the fridge section deliberating over which flavors to buy, I noticed a little old lady (even shorter than me) staring up at the half and half.  Aloud, she said "Why do they always put things up so high?"  Feeling completely sympathetic and understanding her sentiments I exclaimed "I know!  I have that problem all of the time!"  Then I proceeded to ask her what she needed and reach it from the top shelf from her! I figured even if it was to high for me to reach, I was more able to climb the shelves.  However, I managed to grab the not fat free half and half for her with no problem at all! It felt really good to be that person.
