This past weekend/week has been super busy and stressful because along with my invalidity I also had/have three tests this week: One for Econ and one for Accounting yesterday, and another for my Business Math class on Friday, (oh and one for my religion class last week.) I'm hoping that once these are all behind me things will be easier for a bit! I already got my grade back for my Accounting test and I only missed one question!! Yayyy for straightforward tests. Hopefully I did well in my others as well.
Along with that...I hit a milestone today. One that may seem strange and unnecessary to share, however under my current circumstances it is quite exciting. Today....I shaved my legs! Pretty much, I haven't been able to do this for like 2 or 3 WEEKS because of my awful infection and rash, but today, I was finally able to! I don't think I'm quite at "wearing shorts" stage yet because I'm still kinda discolored from my rash but I'm hoping that will come soon because I'm oh so tired of wearing pants in Tucson. Additionally, I'm hoping that my careful shaving didn't open up any new holes in my skin for bacteria to enter through. It's crazy the things I've recently realized I took advantage of. Like going up and down stairs. For two weeks, stairs were so hard. Today, I was happy to realize that I can run up and down them fairly quickly again. I have a final/beginning doctor's appointment on Friday with a regular doctor in Tucson just so I can do a follow up and hopefully establish a primary physician here in town in case I need one in the future. So....I'm hoping that I have reached the end of my saga of unfortunate and random circumstances and can soon enjoy a fairly normal rest of my semester!
