Long Overdo...

Soooo...I haven't updated in a VERY long time. And I apologize. BUT, I've been super busy and there really hasn't been anything worthy of updating.  I do have a few things that can be said however...

I am still waiting to find out about the summer job at a childrens's day camp in Santa Monica.  I was supposed to find out by yesterday, but received an email saying they won't be making the decision until next Wednesday, so keep praying!!

I also found out/decided that I will be in leadership in Campus Crusades next year.  They have a pretty cool leadership structure, but I had initially decided not to apply because I don't want to take on too much. However, after meeting with one of the staff members and thinking about it for a while, I changed my mind.  They reminded me that even though I will be busy next year, being an RA gives me an amazing opportunity to be a witness in the dorms that not many people have.  Also, going on Summer Project will give me a lot of experience that will be super helpful in leadership. SO...I think God wants me to do it!  This weekend, they are having a "leadership weekend"  where we go and stay at a church from 5pm tonight until 10 pm tomorrow night.  Unfortunately, I am missing some of it to work tonight, and for some RA training tomorrow, but am going to attend as much of it as I can!!

I finally got all of my support letters for Summer Project completed and mailed out on Monday, so now I'm just praying that God will provide the funds I need to go.  I also registered for Fall classes this week, and am pretty much all set, just a few details to work out!

Besides all of this, I've just been doing ALOT of school and work. And more school and work.  But, most days I am quite happy with my busy life.  So I guess that's what counts =)
